Agile Fundamentals – ICAgile Certified Professional Class in Kiev

Description:

On Nov 1-2 2019 Ciklum welcomes you to our office in Kyiv to conduct Agile Fundamentals - ICAgile Project management class.

The course covers core components of agile project management and strategies and techniques for successful Lean and Agile project implementation.

By the end of this course participants will:

- understand the differences between traditional & Agile approaches to project management.

- appraise a project context and identify the various factors that need to be addressed to enable Agile delivery in a specific context.

- develop and communicate appropriate leading and lagging metrics for an Agile project Design a team formation activity to create such an environment.

- apply value management techniques, taking into account multiple stakeholder perspectives and constraints.

- identify the different stakeholders in a project environment and apply techniques to ensure they are engaged continuously throughout project delivery.

Prerequisites:

- Part of 2+ Agile projects

- 2+ years of Agile leadership

- ICAgile Fundamentals, CSM,

CSPO, CSD (Scrum Alliance)

certifications - Optional

Course Outline:

Module 1. The reality of Agile Projects

Module 2. Agile Culture: Communication and Collaboration

Module 3. Establishing and Empowering team

Module 4. Value-Driven Development

Module 5. Agile Planning and Estimation

Module 6. Performance and Metrics

The course will be delivered in Russian.

Price: $700 per person (2 days)

If the training is canceled for any reason a complete refund must be issued to all purchasers.

In case of Participant`s cancellation or no-show – organizers withhold a fixed commission rate and the amount of payment system fee when returning the translation («charge-back») to the participant accordingly:

1. Barclays bank transfer 20 £ (fixed fee payment) + 6%

2. PayPal 10 £ (fixed fee payment) +6%

3. WireCard - 10% of accepted payment +6%

Refund is possible only for one ticket purchases and is not applicable for group purchases.

There will be no refunds for cancellations received 6 working days or less prior to the event.
